About the Role

We are seeking a Membership and Engagement Manager who will play a critical role in engaging with potential new members for The Grim. This role will focus on the entire journey from initial outreach, through the selection process, and onto onboarding—ensuring that every step is in line with our values and that the experience is seamless and aligned with our mission.

The Membership and Engagement Manager will drive outbound strategies to identify and engage promising leads, oversee the selection process for the Ring of GRIM, and ensure new members have a smooth transition into our community. Additionally, this role will handle inbound communication from support tickets primarily related to people interested in joining The Grim.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Member Acquisition:
  
  
• Drive engagement with potential new members using outbound strategies across platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube.
  
  
• Initiate proactive conversations and engage with promising leads to gauge their interest in joining the Ring of GRIM.
  
  
• Utilize AI-driven tools and CRM systems to streamline outreach and follow-up with leads.
  
  
• Selection Process:
  
  
• Oversee the selection process for new members of the Ring of GRIM, working closely with the selectors to ensure candidates align with our values and culture.
  
  
• Ensure the selection process is smooth and aligned with the mission of The Grim, ensuring we bring in members who are a strong fit for the community.
  
  
• Onboarding New Members:
  
  
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new members, ensuring they are fully immersed in the culture and understand the benefits and responsibilities of being part of the Ring of GRIM.
  
  
• Work closely with the selectors to ensure that new members receive a personalized and engaging onboarding experience.
  
  
• Inbound Support Communication:
  
  
• Handle inbound communication, primarily through support tickets, from individuals interested in joining The Grim.
  
  
• Address inquiries, provide information on membership, and guide potential members through the joining process.
  
  
• Sales Strategy:
  
  
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and convert high-potential leads into active members.
  
  
• Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring effective follow-up and optimizing conversion rates from leads to members.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• A deep alignment with the values and mission of Grim.
  
  
• Proven experience in outbound sales or customer acquisition, ideally within a community-driven or lifestyle brand.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create meaningful connections with potential members.
  
  
• Experience in handling inbound communication and support tickets, particularly related to membership inquiries.
  
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing leads and automating outreach.
  
  
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and converting leads.
  
  
• Familiarity with or a willingness to learn the Ring of GRIM selection process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
